you also don't want to be a Muslim.
what you do want is to be free of any religion.
and not all of the Christians told you to become a Christian.
many of them told you to follow your heart.

I answered this question about a month ago.
My thoughts were very sincere as I stated that NO religion is superior to any other religion in the world. since religions are mostly a tradition from one's family, it is almost insulting to that person's family to put down that religion. How can my religion be better than yours? It may be better FOR ME, but not better in it's entirety for everyone.
I am very pleased in finding Christ and accepting Him as my Lord and Savior. The past 8 years have been glorious and most peaceful, but some people have the same satisfaction and peace in their religion which is totally different. After you become an adult, you can make your own decison on religion. You don't need to stay unhappy in a religion just to make your parents or relatives happy.
You don't have to be a Christian to be happy, but that is the reason that I am happy. So, if you want to learn a bit more about Christ, read through the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John in the Bible - OR - drop in on a Sunday service with a Christian friend. If you are not greeted with warmth, don't let that decide for you.You really don't want to be a member of that church anyway, just try another that is more contemporary.
May God bless you in your journey to find peace

The answer to such a question I think is what does the evidence point you to. You and I can look at the same evidence and come to different conclusions. I do not think it is fair to argue that Christianity is a superior religion. I think this implies Christians are better than others. I do not think God see us so. We do, however, have to be honest that our views argue that the only way to God is through Jesus Christ. This present a theological dilemma because the resultant is the exclusion of all those without Christ. Ultimately, this is what our faith argues, but Christ is the only think that separates us. Ultimately, this in in the hands of God, not humanity, thus we cannot argue superiority, only the point of view of the truth as we understand it.

I'm a christian and I do not think my religion is superior than other religion...for me to say or think that would be unchristian.
As long as you believe in the one true God and try to follow him and live your life in a way that is true to your conscious, you are alright.
I don't eat meat. I go to church on Saturdays...the 7th day I believe God rested on and set during creation, to be the day we get away and spend time with him. I believe that this day, the sabbath, was for all of us, not just the Jews. This is the way I live because this is what I feel is right. It is apart of the 10 commandments and I want to keep them.
Do I feel that the 7th-day Adventist are superior than baptist or Muslims or Buddhist....etc? NO.
My religion has a deeper substance and consist more than what I eat and what day I keep holy. Its about your relationship with God although you should try to live your life according to the Bible's truths. Period.
You can't say, oh I love God but I don't want to live this way and suffer being put down by others to be in His kingdom.
I think there are many paths that lead into one path to Christ.

Being a Christian is who you are not necessarily what religion you are. Many religions consider themselves Christians and I'm not one to say that they are or aren't. I'm a Christian but I don't consider myself better than or superior to anyone else. Everyone was raised differently and you have to just choose which path is right for you depending on your own personal beliefs. There have been many times I've asked the question, if everyone believes they're right, how do we really know who is? Well we will all find out someday when God has his way with the world.

If you are a Muslim, practice Islam to the best of your ability. Whats wrong with the fundamental believes of Islam? You have to pray 5 times a day. Well its difficult initially, but, its all habit. Once you bring this as part of your life, then it becomes easy. Moreover, it prevents you from doing anything wrong. Fasting a month, well, its the most beautiful aspect of Islam. Which other religion can boast this aspect? Giving alms to the poor and visiting Mecca once in your life time provided you can afford it. Whats so difficult about practicing Islam my dear. Its a beautiful way of life. Keep trying and believing in it, I am sure you will Love Islam. May Allah Bless you.

Its not a question of christianity being superior or other religions being inferior.Once you know Jesus and have experienced his love, grace and the peace he gives you in your life you wouldnt want to know any other god.Try it. Accept Jesus in your life and see the difference.

Relax! Religion for me is about a personal relationship with my Savior Jesus Christ. I know that there is only one way to heaven and it is through Jesus and that is why I personally have chosen the path I am on. I do not think it is a superiority contest. To me it is the only way.

No religion can give you salvation or forgive your sins.
Religion is man reaching out to God and that is an impossible task.
Religion can please God but it won't get you to heaven.
Christianity is God reaching out to man.
It's like Jesus said, " I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man comes to the Father but by me."
Therefore, Christianity is superior to all religions.

You didn't just ask "for religious advice". Your question was about Islam, and if you don't pray five times a day, would you go to hell. What happened is you were told the truth; that there is only one way to God, and to heaven, and that is by repentance of sin and faith in Jesus.
Please don't get angry because people want to help you. You did ask a question, dear.

I guess you could say I'm a spiritualist, but I don't think my religion is superior to others. No religion is superior to another, they are just different ideas. Anyway, it doesn't matter what your religion is, it doesn't matter if you have a religion or not. Our internal goal is to recreate our highest image of our highest self.
