Their parents should sit on them if they are cold. Make sure the nest is at least sheltered.

It is more of a matter of the mother knowing where they are, actually. Did you move the nest close enough to where they were originally? Please say yes. Yes, they are warm enough if mom knows where they are. I went through something similar with a bird building a nest in my son's helmet, which was in our garage that doesn't stay open all day. We called a local wildlife facility and they said it was best to relocate it. Momma never found it. So sad... I even saw her fly into the garage to find the nest but I moved it. So sad. I pray yours, with the babies living, will be fine.

I would leave it alone and see if the mother comes back. That would be more of a problem than the heat. If you can put the AC cover back that would be better. Baby birds grow up quckly. After they are gone you can remove the nest.

Do they still have some sort of cover? If not, they may get cold...but I would worry more about them now being very visable to a predator without the a/c hiding them.
