find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Okay first, stop hating yourself. That doesn't help anything. If you're trying to be a super model or something, don't. I'm sure you are a wonderful person. Like who you are, even if your body isn't what you want. Work on feeling good. Believe in yourself.
Now that that's cleared up, the best way to lose weight is by being consistent and by changing those bad habits. Both of these tasks will be quite changeling, but you can do it. You have to have the desire and I think you do. Don't starve yourself, for crying out loud. Eat regular sized meals three times a day. Avoid junk food like the plague. Avoid fatty and fried foods. Avoid snacking between meals. If the hunger issue persist, and you have hours until your next meal, try some baby carrots, or some fruit, drink a glass or two of water. Water can be very filling.
But remember you are now learning new habits. At the beginning you'll feel energized. An "I can do it this time" attitude will be in your thoughts. Don't despair when you have a bad day or two. New habits are difficult for anyone to master. And the older you are the more challenging it is to change, but not impossible. Believe in yourself.
Exercise, as you no don't know, is very important. And just like eating right, it's another new habit to master. Start small. Doing a little exercise every day, is better than once a week. Try exercising for 20 minutes to start, then increase it as you improve. Walk briskly around the block, or in a nearby park. But make it part of your daily routine. Remember daily routine. On rainy days do some aerobic moves inside to your favorite tunes. Exercising to music always makes me go longer and harder. Again don't expect every day to be easy. Some days will be harder than others. Don't give up. It took x-amount of years to put on the weight, don't expect it to fall off in a couple of weeks.
Avoid weighing yourself. That will probably just frustrate you when the numbers aren't getting lower. Remember be consistent and gradually the weight will come off, plus you'll have developed new habits to keep it off. Good luck. Stay focused. Stay positive.

all you need is self control....
no body is making you eat those chips, or sodas, or french fries!!! Its all on you.
Anyways, the only way to lose fat is to do cardo exercise. running, jumprope, stairs, ect.
I know it is harder than it sounds (I have been there, and i am not even close to my goal yet :)
go on a water diet, dont drink anything but water. no juice soda, (not even diet sodas) nothing.
try eating half of everything you make. save the other half for your next meal.
when given the choice, take the stairs!!!
if you sit at your job, (like me :( ) go for a brisk walk on your break(s).
dont eat past 7pm
do the reverse diet: eat dinner for breakfast, lunch for lunch, and breakfast for dinner. At dinner time, make an egg or two and a peice of toast.
no cake, or sweets in general, when you need it, like me, have a small peice of dark chocolate. :)
do the emabarassing tummy crunches or leg lifts, in the shower. :) while the conditioner sits, do a few reps of some sort of muscle workout.
do you have a dog? no? get one. take it for walks, it will love you, and so will your metabolism.
Well good luck!! i know you can do it!! treat your body for the body it is, it does everything for you!!

Excercise regularly, drink a lot of water, and be aware of your eating habits. By excercising and weight lifting, you gain muscle and raise your metabolism. Also, do not eat anything 2-3 hours before bedtime. I find it easy to drink water with meals and have a diet soda occasionally for a treat during the day.

If you go walking or jogging for 20 minutes in the morning and evening before dinner you will get slim. One more thing is you have to finish your dinner 2 hours before you going to bed.
