An uncircumcised Jewish child whose name is: If the child is Jewish - believe me - if his parents are practicing the faith - then on the 8th day, he is getting his little foreskin clipped. That's the way of the Jews. It represented a contract/committment/covenant that the early Jews entered into with God. It is not something that others (Gentiles) are forced into, however for physical reasons and for cleanliness, little baby boys are often circumcised at birth.
