THE ONLY TISSUE WHICH MAY CONNECT AN UPPER LIP TO THE UPPER GUMS OF CENTRAL INCISSORS IS THE LABIAL FRENUM.

you've got a strange mouth cuz the lips are separate from the gums on other people.
