Room temperature should be fine as long as you didn't chill it to begin with; if so just leave it in the fridge...but it shouldn't spoil. Box wine will keep for almost a month because of the pour spout and packaging. Good Luck to you!

Leave it at room temp and it should be fine. If it takes longer than a week you might consider sticking it in the fridge until you're ready to drink it.
