I put my cilantro in a freezer bag and freeze it. I don't use it very often so this helps. You won't even notice.

this is what I do and I learned from my ex wife which is the only good thing I ever learned from her (dammed *****).
Wash it good under cold running water, put it in a glass jar and cover it with a paper bag. I use a bag from a sub sandwich specially the brown one it'll keep your stuff fresh and ready to use it. you can also take it out once in a while and change water and wash it again just to get rid of the dead leaves but this way stay longer alive I guarantee you.

Remove all the wilted leaves, rinse and place wet in a zip-lock bag with a little more water inside. Refrigerate and both the prasley and cilantro should stay fresh.

Clip the ends of the stems off and put them in a glass of water, just like flowers in a vase.

Immerse them in a bowl of cold water and refrigerate. It keeps leafy green vegies longer. Also works for shredded lettuce, ect.

I put the stems in a water-filled mug, just as you would with flowers in a vase.
