If you don't believe in the religion, then it isn't really your religion. You need to do what you know in your heart is the right thing to do. If you don't believe that it is correct to pray a certain number of times per day, then don't do it. If you're going to be condemned to Hell, it should be for doing what you believe in and not what you were told to believe in. Any way if you do go to Hell, I'll probably see you there.

If you don't believe in your religion, then it is not your religion anymore. A religion is mainly about believe and faith. Do you even believe in Hell anyway?
To answer your question, it depends who you ask. For Muslims, prayer is the most important pillar of Islam to show your submission to God. That's the first thing to be asked by God in the Day of Judgement. So, highly likely you will go to Hell unless by the grace of God you are forgiven. This is also my answer.
You ask Christians, you never say that you believe Jesus is the Son of God, so you will still go to Hell. This also subject to God's absolute discretion to forgive without having "His only begotten Son" to die on cross.
May be you want to ask Buddhist or those of Hinduism. Good news for you they don't believe in Hell.

According to the WORD OF GOD, the only way that we would go to hell is to reject Christ. You have been taught from a different system of beliefs. It is possible you may not just believe what I have to say because I am coming from a different belief. God is not going to punish you for not praying five times a day - or one time a day. The fact that you are questioning some of the ritualistic aspects of your belief system tells me that you are unsure if this is for you. It is ok to question. I have always been taught 'the Bible' is the Word of God and I believe what it says however, I also believe that you must have a personal relationship with God, through His Son Jesus and He will help you to understand his purpose in your life. Many people are turned away from 'religious rituals' and that has nothing whatsoever to do with God - that is man's way of setting up practices that will keep the people conformed and separated from others who do not worship in the same way. When you pray, ask God to reveal His trueness and his character to you. Ask him to send in your pathway someone who would help you understand His purpose in your life. I do not serve a God who is religious and ritualistic - but I serve a God who is loving, kind, faithful, a healer, helper, provider and a God who is just plain GOOD.

If you don't believe in hell, will you actually go there?
Questioning religion is a sign of rational thought...questioning anything an authority tells you that you should believe is a sign of rational thought. I used to be Catholic and I no longer believe in it. I still believe in a god of some sort, but right now I find my current choices unappealing.

please, don’t worry, this one of the reasons im atheist, is because of the whole do this and that, and THEN you wont go to hell, its just stupid, and don’t listen to the Christians who, will say that only if you believe in Jesus can you be saved, its really the same thing as your old religion, just dressed up differently, and maybe a little less strict, and as an example Muslims believe Christians go to hell, and Christians believe Muslims go to hell, so why join another religion with that type of thinking, just stay true to your self and be a good person.

Believe in what YOU want to believe. You won't go to hell if YOU don't believe you will. Don't be intimated by that and nobody expects YOU to be the most religious person on earth.

not because you don't pray 5 times a day. Unfortunately, according to my religion all Muslims will unless they accept Jesus in their hearts.

But that is the sacrifice you must give, and people have suffered a hundred times worse for what they believe in.
If you're going to hell, I'll meet you up later.

Religion is something to be interpreted. Just because you are not following the rules of one religion does not mean you are not being faithful to your God or whatever you choose to believe in. If you believe you are to be saved, if you believe that there is something to be saved from, you will be. Have faith, that's all that matters.
