Pleurisy, pneumonia or heart attack. None of which can be helped with advice. Don't know your age, but you sound old enough to know better.

Sounds bad to me. If you don't want to go to the doctor for this you can wait and let the medical examiner determine the cause of death for your friends. Dizzy, trouble breathing, sounds like you are not per-fusing well (moving oxygenated blood around the body). I have had that same taste or smell after a blow to the head. Were the sharp pains on boths sides or single side? Did you have a recent tumble? Okay, I am going with a simple pneumothorax, meaning the possibility of one lung slightly collapsing. Do you smoke? A lot? Any coughing spell earlier in the day. In a fairly healthy person it is tolerated pretty decent for a while, but still professional medical help is desired. May be something else. Okay, what kills us a lot of the time is denial of anything really being wrong.

Well I'm sorry but you do need to go to the doctor, actually probably the ER like right now, this is not a good thing, at all. It would be impossible to try and diagnose on here, you really do need to go to the doctor. I'm not saying that because I don't feel like helping or whatever, but what you have going on is certainly not good.

tough luck...go to the ER dont bother with urgent care, you could have a multitude of things, from anxiety to pneumonia, sinus infection, a abdominal aerotic aneurysm, chest pain, all sorts of things..not that we can cure you from on the Internet. It would be best if you had someone take you..

I've never heard of such symptoms. The sharp pains could be muscle spasms. But a metallic taste in your mouth, I'm not sure.
I would consult a ........

Two things the pain could be gas---try malox, the smells and dizziness could be low blood sugar---eat a good size, well balanced meal.
