just take a multivitamin..
but even if you dont like fruits and veges, you still NEED to eat them. no vitamin will be sufficient supplement for them.
you may not enjoy it, but do it anyways.

I find it hard to believe you have tried every single type of fruit and veg cooked every single possible way and don't like ANY of them!
It is possible to replace some of the vitamins from fruit and veg by taking a multivitamin, but you can't replace the fibre and antioxidants from fruit and veg, and most dieticians will tell you the vitamins from a supplement are vastly inferior to those obtained from food.
A recent study even suggested long term use of supplements to replace vital nutrients was likely to shorten life and damage health. Instead I'd try some of the following:
- Veg is generally more palatable the smaller it's cut up, particularly if you can "hide" it within a flavoursome sauce. I don't particularly like carrots, for example, but I will eat them if they're grated with a cheese grater and added to a spaghetti bolognese or a spicy curry. You can also use a handheld blender to liquify less strongly flavoured veg and add it to sauces to eat with pasta.
- Use herbs and spices to mask the flavour of veg you don't like. A finely chopped courgette or red pepper in a chilli con carne virtually disappears flavour with the heat. I also like to add a bit of crushed garlic to boiled peas to give them a different flavour.
- If you don't like eating fruit would drinking fruit juice be easier? It's not quite as good nutritionally, but still better than supplements. You could also try making fruit smoothies using bananas and various berries - you can always add honey or brown sugar to sweeten them.
- experiment with different, more unusual fruit and veg. There must be something you at least like a little bit. I agree basic veg like carrots cauli and spinach isn't that tasty, but more exotic items like butternut squash and yams (both great roasted), sweet peppers, beansprouts and other chinese style veg, blueberries, mangoes and anything else you can spot in the veg aisle are all worth trying. Don't knock anything until you've given it a go.
- If you can't already learn to cook! And learn recipes from different cultures. Just adding veggies as a side dish to your meat and potatoes is always going to be a bit unappetising - instead learn to whip up curries, goulashes, veggy pastries and pizzas, lasagne, stews, soups, tagines, homemade veg burgers - experiment!

I use a green drink, which provides me with my vegetables. Although its not exactly the same as eating raw fruits and veggies, its a good way to compensate when I don't have time to eat them. Its a powder that I mix with water....basically it has grasses, leaves, vegetables, and sprouts. It's like a liquid salad. I'll have 4-5 per day and each one is about the equivalent of 1.5 lbs of veggies.

there's ntg you can replace fresh healthy fruit and veggies with. They have unique chemical ingredients that you can't replace with anything.
You're also signing yourself up for constipation without the fiber.
Good luck with such diet, man.

yes there is, go to the website energy first.com. They have something that is almost like a ground up vegetable drink that you can mix with water. It is supposed to help with energy as well as health. I am unsure of the price but I know my sister takes it and likes it. good luck. oh yeah I think it is equvialent to 5-6 servings of vegetables.

My sought after fruit could be a banana. the perfect thank you to consume it somewhat is as a pb sandwich. As for my sought after vegetable, which would be a baked potato. particularly of using bitter cream, i take advantage of hassle-free yogurt and that i replace butter buds for butter.
