No white sugar!!! Make sure your carb items have at least three (more is better) grams of fiber. This will help stabilize blood sugar and you will feel more satisfied with less food. Fill up on veggies, fruit, lean protein and water. Exercise at least 30, but up to 90 minutes per day. Pay close attention to your heart rate. The weight will come off pretty quickly!

Hi Katy H. You really have got to get some support. I simply checked out your questions. You might be most likely desperate for attention and reassurance. Appears like you've got physique snapshot disorders and in all probability anorexia/bulimia. Relatively these problems are just another cry for awareness. You have to to find some support due to the fact that you cant be completely happy like this. Counting on reassurance from yahoo solutions shouldn't be healthful. Institution counselor, perhaps? You have got to tackle the predicament of why you suppose like you need this attention, which is traditionally linked to low self worth. This isn't a weight/diet challenge, its a intellectual health drawback. Take excellent care of your self, the sooner you get over this the earlier that you may begin residing and enjoying your existence!

Get a smaller dinner plate, fill it with half veggies, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 carbs. Eat breakfast, oatmeal or a good fiber rich cereal or yogurt with some flax seed in it. You don't have to starve yourself, but replace all the junk in your kitchen with healthy fruits and veggies and make them readily available in your fridge or on your counter. Lots of water...and get some flax seed oil and take two tablespoons a day. High fiber foods will fill you up faster and keep you feeling full longer. Don't look at it as a diet, but as "gassing" up an important and fine machine-your body. You will feel better and live longer. Also, if you're a pop drinker...STOP. Pop is probably THE worst thing today causing childhood obesity in this country. Good luck!

don't eat "less", make healthier choices. One of the best tips that I ever got was, when you're at the grocery store, try to stay outside of the aisles as much as possible. The aisles are where all the packaged goods are that are full of unnecessary fat and sugars- i.e, pasta, cookies, chips. On the outside is the fresh produce, the whole wheat bread, the meats (though, try to cut down to lean poultry, like turkey and chicken) and fish. This tactic helps you to stick to the four main food groups...just watch out for the frozen foods, which are also on the outside, but contain fried frozen things and ice cream! Use your judgement, and use the food guide.
Also, yoga changed my sister's body completely, she lost about 40 pounds from doing it regularly. It wasn't for me though, I'm more of an aerobic girl, and kickboxing helped both my weight and self confidence.
Best of luck, and be strong! You won't regret it. :)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Simple. Don't diet. Eat healthy several small meals and healthy snacks a day (learn about portion sizes). Cut down on empty calories, and exercise or be more active. You can also park farther away when you go places so you get a little more exercise just going into a store.

Do not drink any soda! Drink lots of water.Cut your food portions in half, and go for at least a half an hour walk a day.I would say after six months of doing this religously you will be 30 pounds thinner!

Weight Watchers is the easiest & most effective in my opinion. The key is it's not really a diet, but a lifestyle. It will teach you how to make healthy food choices, teach you portion control and show you how important excercise is. Good luck!

I've been on Nutrisystem for four months now and lost about 15 pounds (that's all I had to lose, so I'm finished now). The food is actually pretty good and it's super convenient. The program really teaches you how to learn to control portion sizes, and it's low glycemic-index. Of course it works better if you exercise too.
Good luck!
