Just wondering what your opinions are? To be more specific, what would you consider a healthy weight for a 14 year old girl that is 5"4 and athletic. What would you consider a fat weight or a slim weight? I'm just curious. I'm 108 by the way.

100 lbs for the first 5 feet. 5 lbs per inch over that. This is just a ball park and not carved in stone so a little over or a little under is just fine. The important thing is that you have proper nutrition and take a multi-vitamin daily. You are fine, sounds like you are perfect.
