When you say "When they say King Solomon was the wisest man who ever lived, even more wiser than Confucius and Buddha?" Do you say "King Solomon was the wisest man who ever lived, even more wiser than Confucius and Buddha?" I say you may have it right when I say "King Solomon was the wisest man who ever lived, even more wiser than Confucius and Buddha?" Unless of course I'm wrong and "Buddha was the wisest man who ever lived, even more wiser than Confucius and King Solomon ?" or quite possibly "Confucius was the wisest man who ever lived, even more wiser than Buddha and King Solomon?" I'm guessing I say that if all three were combined they'd be hard to beat. Then we could all say "ConBudSolo was the wisest man who ever lived?" I hope that answers your question ... Wait a second ... Was that a question?

Usually wisest denotes being more wise than any other person who lived...well I mean, that is what it states.
Thus, if it says "Solomon was the wisest man who ever lived", then I would guess that he was more "wiser" than Confucius, Buddha, and probably even "more wiser" that you.

Yes he was wiser than Confucius and Buddha because Solomon asked God for his wisdom, and when you ask the creator and giver of wisdom, to give you wisdom, you will most definitely be considered more wise.

Absolutely.
Why criticize King Solomon? The Orthodox believe that he repented for his apostasy in Hades, resulting in his Resurrection by Christ. In icons of the Resurrection, King David and King Solomon represent a united Israel before Solomon's son Rehoboam divided the kingdom into 2. Clearly, Rehoboam ignored the saving message of Christ.

1 Kings 3:5-14
5 At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream at night. God said, “Ask. What should I give you?”
6 And Solomon replied, “You have shown great and faithful love to Your servant, my father David, because he walked before You in faithfulness, righteousness, and integrity. You have continued this great and faithful love for him by giving him a son to sit on his throne, as it is today.
7 “Lord my God, You have now made Your servant king in my father David’s place. Yet I am just a youth with no experience in leadership.
8 Your servant is among Your people You have chosen, a people too numerous to be numbered or counted.
9 So give Your servant an obedient heart to judge Your people and to discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?”
10 Now it pleased the Lord that Solomon had requested this.
11 So God said to him, “Because you have requested this and did not ask for long life or riches for yourself, or the death of your enemies, but you asked discernment for yourself to understand justice,
12 I will therefore do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and understanding heart, so that there has never been anyone like you before and never will be again.
13 In addition, I will give you what you did not ask for: both riches and honor, so that no man in any kingdom will be your equal during your entire life.
14 If you walk in My ways and keep My statutes and commandments just as your father David did, I will give you a long life.”
1 Kings 4:29-34
29 God gave Solomon wisdom, very great insight, and understanding as [vast] as the sand on the seashore.
30 Solomon’s wisdom was greater than the wisdom of all the people of the East, greater than all the wisdom of Egypt.
31 He was wiser than anyone—wiser than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, Calcol, and Darda, sons of Mahol. His reputation extended to all the surrounding nations.
32 Solomon composed 3,000 proverbs, and his songs numbered 1,005.
33 He described trees, from the cedar in Lebanon to the hyssop growing out of the wall. He also taught about animals, birds, reptiles, and fish.
34 People came from everywhere, [sent] by every king on earth who had heard of his wisdom, to listen to Solomon’s wisdom.

This one of the weak points of christianity: it's extreme ethnocentricity regarding people, culture, language, and now 'wisdom'.
Solomon's 'wisdom' seems to stem from the story of his solution to cut a baby in half. While this might have seemed like a good idea at the time, it's potential to have backfired is overlooked. It's hardly an accomplishment to ascribe 'wisdom' to. Even Davy Crockett had his myths.

It's a cultural thing. We all have our folk heroes, kings, idols, philosophers, and even sages. All sages in all cultures agree that wisdom is suffering. It might not be the smartest move to desire it but if you must have it you must suffer for it. It's something like wanting to marry a super-model, trophy wife even though your unemployment checks just ran out.
