It fell in fresh but has since become hard and has clogged it solid.

There are grippers you can get in an auto parts store. They are flexible cable with a button on one end. When you push in the button a set of 3 claws comes out the other end of the cable with the claws open. If you reach an object and let go of the buttons the 3 claws close and grip the object.

Push the gripper down into the drain (it flexes to go around bends). Grab the concrete chunks one at a time with the gripper. Pull them out and discard them. Repeat till the drain is empty

you talking fresh concrete or old concrete chunks???
