Sounds really good and healthy to me. Depending on what you weigh now would determine if you can lose 10 pounds. I would say yes though. Good Luck and God Bless

Try the kellogs special K breakfast,so yummy and for lunch grilled chicken is good but remember you can eat all the veggies you want,and all the fresh fruit,and fish is healthy too.And if you are craving something sweet,Try a milkshake of slimfast with fruit blended.And you might want to join a gym,you meet lots of people and it takes your mind away from the whole diet thing. Your eating too much sugar and not enough protien. Try some scrambled eggs for breakfast, Protien will help you from becomming hungry too fast after breakfast. Dont concentrate so much on calories as dividing your meal between protien (lean meat like chicken), Healthy carbs (fresh veggies and fruits - not bread), and some healthy fats by using olive oil and REAL butter for flavor. Good luck and its good to stick with a plan!!

try to have some complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy (e.g. old fashioned oatmeal, whole wheat bread, fruit etc)
add more fresh fruit and veggies to your diet
to lose weight you have to do cardio 30-50min 4-6 times week and brisk walk is not gona help, you have to rise your heart rate and sweat (running, cycling, jogging, swimming etc)
