Help me stop. I dont' want to gain any more weight.

eat a stalk of celery and watch some tv, excercise or read, you can even listen to music. The burger is tasty but you don't need those calories, it makes you feel good now but what about 20 years from now when youre still running out for burgers every time you crave them, will you lose weight? No!! It just isn't worth it after you've been trying to do some good for your body, don't get it and your body will love you! Besides cravings don't last longer than 15 minutes, if you pass on the cravings then you will crave less often, c'mon just stick it out, we are all rootin for ya!

I'm not going to tell you go buy the burger. But you need to relax a little from time to time or your diet will make you crazy. Most diets fail when people deprive themselves and then quit altogether. If you eat sensible portions of quality food (and you know which ones are "good for you" and which ones are not), then an occasional small treat is ok. Like no more than one a day. So an occasional small burger would be "allowed," but you probably shouldn't have fries and a shake with it - and make the rest of the day a healthy-food one. Oh, yeah, get a little exercise every day, too - like a walk or bike ride.

Well,you could go buy a can of tuna that will curb your protien need.Or you could go to the gym and meet some new friends,Lets see,I usually call a friend and talk when I need to get sidetracked,by then I end up watching a really good movie and dont have time to eat,but if you do go get a burger,just go jogging afterwords.Or find a gig that has dancing all night long,believe me your calories will be burned.

Go get that burger. Just think of how good it would taste to have a nice grilled burger with all the toppings and even maybe a side of some salt drenched french fries with a cold soda. MMMM

If this is a serious question... No one can really tell you to stop, that is a choice you have to make for your self. The best advice I can give to you is don't let your cravings control you, you have to say no. It's one of the hardest things in the world to do, to lose weight and keep it off, and not gain anymore. I would suggest doing some research on calories, in and out, and build yourself a reasonable diet plan, and stick to it. Think of food as fuel, and not a pleasure device, set reasonable goals, and keep track.

When you get a craving wait a half hour if it passes then you do not go if it does not then you do. Try having something else. Whenever I really want something I do the waiting thing nine times out of ten it passes and I am satisfied with something that is more health and less calories.

DONT GO! go to the grocery store and get a frozen pack of boca burgers and some wheat buns! just as good... i promise!

HEY! Get you some carrots,celery, crunchy snack, no fat you don't need the fat this late of night. Drink some water if your needing meat open tuna,chicken, put pickle relish in it this will work. Just say no !!!!

Eat some oranges, apples or peaches instead. Fresh not canned. fresh fruit instead:

But if you must. don't get the fries and drink unsweet tea instead of coke.
