Seriously, I live in Canada. My area got about 3 or 4 days of snow this year. We are freaked that global warming must have made it so we got so much this year. About 10 times Canada's population of Americans live in a climate colder than me and gets more snow than me. Snow all year long? I think the place you are thinking about is Chicago.

It can snow at very high elevations any time of the year. We have a wide variety of climates in Canada. About 11/2 weeks ago we had a large amount of snow where I am, though it melted within a few days. Most places don't get snow this close to summer.

Canada is the 2nd largest country in the world in terms of land mass. Our territory stretches from a latitude equal to that of northern California all the way to the North Pole.

Technically, it could be snowing somewhere in Canada each day of the year with that much space. Snow stays on some mountain peaks in the Rocky Mountains all year long -- probably snows up there, on occasion.

Now -- where in Canada were you wondering if it snowed?

LOl...you do realize that New york, detroit ,washington to name a few places in the states share borders with Canada and also share same climates .No it does not snow year round we have climates smiliar to many American cities. Americans sometimes get confused with the North Pole and Canada and how far we actually are form it .You do realize even Alaska which is an American state and far away then most places in Canada even does not snow year round
