I have an old FN Browing Hi-Power with Argentine markings. I like it and was thinking of a trigger job. I have already changed the extractor and grips.

Try www.fletchercustompistols.com

He charges about $85.00 for a trigger job.

Working on Hi Powers is best done by gunsmiths who know the gun well. Easy gun to screw up.

Well, it kinda depends on whether you're gonna have it done locally, or have it shipped to a gunsmith. It shouldn't cost you much nore than $50, but I'd stongly suggest that you go to the gunsmith, so you can try it as he works on it, unless you know exactly what trigger pull you need. Remember, you can take metal out a heck of a lot easier than you can put it on.

Personally, I'd just shoot it alot. It will smooth up the trigger and give you practice at the same time. However, many people or more sensitive to triggers than I but I'd still have it done by a competent smith that has done a few of them first.
