I'm looking for a nice weather radio for around $50-75 or less if possible. Please let me know your feedback if you have one and where you got it.

Thanks!

I got a nice one at radio shack for 50 dollars. it is sponsored by the red cross, has am/ fm/ tv bands, and weather bands from NOAA. It can run on batteries, optional a/c adaptor, or a dynamo (hand crank). it also has a small light and a siren. We had a bad ice storm and i used it for 18 hours -- music and weather, and only had to crank it a few times. Hope this helps, and i don't get any royalties from the company.

Bought mine at Radio Shack 15 yr. ago. The only problem was that it would go off whenever the weather service issued a warning for it's area which could be 75 miles from me. I understand though that the warning are more specific now and that the radios will only sound alarms for those in your area. Very good idea otherwise you will just turn it off.
Radio Shack is probably your best bet, you will probably pay a little more somewhere else and end up with the same radio just with the manuf. name on it.
Having said all that I bought one for my brother in-law that has a wind up crank so no batteries needed. Available on Ebay, I paid about $35 plus shipping.
