I'm 24 and I look a bit older, like I'm closer to 30. This isn't such a bad thing as long as I can stay looking this way for a long time -- I don't want to look older than I am forever!

I know that there are a lot of things that can be done to slow the wear and tear that aging can be... drinking lots of water, staying out of the sun, getting plenty of sleep.

I was just curious as to specifically what has worked the best for all of you out there who have aged well. All honest answers are appreciated! :)

I've done a microdermabrasion kit by Loreal I got at target, with some good results... does anyone have a take on whether one brand is better than another? Is it worthwhile to spend more?

Using anti-aging creams and serums at an early age really does show after you after a few years. I have tried it before and lots of people assume I'm younger than I really am.

Eating apricots are the best fruit to prevent anti-aging. Since it's summer and my apricot tree is starting to form apricots so it's a great time to start eat apricots. Here's an article about this.

Use face and neck lotions, get plenty of sleep, take a mega-vitamin each day, exercise daily for at least an hour and a half(really work up a sweat), lots of sex, laugh alot, get fresh air, don't smoke, only drink a bit of alcohol, wear sunscreen, stay away from stressful situations, get a dog, make fruit smoothies, keep your hair conditioned -I use henna for a little shine and conditioner. For me Mary Kay products have helped me out so very much. The very first time I used them my husband wanted to know what I had done to my skin becuase I was glowing. It has done a complete 360 to my face. The lines on my forehead are less noticeable and talk about controling my oil. I love it and I also get a tone of compliments...

Good Luck

Taking an anti-oxidant food supplement helps you with stress and it is an anti-aging, too. Eating lots of fruits & vegetables can help. Also, taking care of your skin with the 1-2-3 steps, namely, cleansing, toning, & moisturizing is a must. Dont worry too much but always smile!

Avon has a really great regimen for slowing the aging process on skin. Email me and I can do a customized skin care regimen for you.
TimeWise by Mary Kay is also good. I used it for 5 yrs until I found Avon's Anew.
