It means they are just inconsiderate. They are only children and they learn to repeat what they hear. Don't you just really not like inconsiderate people? Just like when you ask a question and pretend you are new to the country or the area. You need to grow up before you speak. They haven't grown up yet. But you wouldn't know anyone that pretends they are 'new to America', would you?
When you write America, You put a capital "A" as the first letter!!

This is a quote from one of your answers to another persons question. Your "Englishes" gets better when you answer a question. Maybe you should stick to answering instead of asking. You even spelled "stupid" correctly in the answer.
