They believe on a " as needed " basis.

I have had two atheist friends years ago. Both came down with a terminal illness and both cried out to God from their deathbed.

So all these people who are telling you that you are wrong..........they are wrong........I've seen it first hand.......twice

Maybe you should know that "My God" was originally a mockery of religion. It's exactly along the lines of "holy cow," which was meant to poke fun at Hinduism. Ah, English Language history, how liberating education can be!

Other than that, most utterances are simply popular culture. Saying things such as, "Jesus! Look at that fish!" are simply language patterns we've grown used to. Same as "God damn it," or any other number of curses. The difference is that Atheists don't fear eternal damnation for saying them: They are just phrases.

Just being hopeful that Atheists carry around belief in your God doesn't give the thought any creedence. Sorry.

The last time I called on God was when I was 5. I prayed for a puppy. I didn't get it, so I became an Atheist.

We don't. However, most people in a jam can more easily rationalize an insurance policy like God. Your religion is a product of centuries of passed-down brainwash propaganda. You are afraid of being wrong. You are arrogant too. What if God hates it when mere mortals pretend to understand him/her? What if God hates it when mere mortals get lost in details involving the true message of love?

Old, tired question that was made up by desperate Christians so they can pat themselves on the back and feel superior. Notice you only hear Christians saying it. Pretty pathetic that they feel like they need to make up stories to make themselves feel good.

BTW--my cousin is an oncologist, and I asked her about atheists calling for God while dying (because that's another related claim that Christians make, and they all have "I've witnessed it myself" lies to tell) and she said that that claim is B/S. (And she's a devout Christian, so she would certainly have no reason nor desire to lie and say they DON'T do that if the truth is they do.)

I do? Guess you know me better than I do then even though all you know about me is the words I type on a screen. I don't call on your god in a jam. EVER. Your god doesn't even occur to me at those times.

No. "I" say i do no longer 'have faith' in any god. I relatively have by no potential stated there is not any god. "some atheists say God kills own toddlers, and that they bluff that they locate it in all Religions. " - returned, I relatively have by no potential stated that. "further, some atheists say a thank you to comprehend God?" - Now that's basically bullshit. i do no longer comprehend myths. "i ask them ''you probably did no longer have faith on God. you're saying ''no god''. Then, how a God do any situation? God by no potential assume something in return from human beings." - Now this does not even make experience. there is not any data of any god, and if there the place, what makes you think of it is your god? it must be any of them. There are one hundred's if no longer one thousand's of them.

Atheists don't call on God when they are in a jam (that is a contradiction), so your question has no validity.
