Just for the sake of health, I would not eat anything with mayo in it if it has been sitting out without being on ice after 30 minutes. It's just not worth it, this also depends on how hot the area was where it was left out, if it was very warm I would not eat it after 10 minutes or so. So just toss it and make another one. You do NOT want food poisoning

Should sit out for no more than 1 hour without refrigeration. But I had for lunch today a sandwich that sat in my car for five hours and I feel ok. The mayonaise hadnt seperated yet. Once the mayo looks 'clearish', through it out

I think it would take several hours.
The mayo actually has vinegar in it which helps it keep good.
I would probably throw it out after about 5 hours.

Once the mayo gets warm, I personally wouldn't eat it. An hour or two, and you are talking about a turkey, cheese and BACTERIA SANDWICH!!

Ugh!!
