Usually cereal...an enriched cereal like Cheerios gives me some vitamins and iron. Then juice, or fruit also. Sometimes a little coffee.
If i'm in a hurry, its a bagel
Not in hurry: whole wheat pancakes and eggs Or oatmeal/ grits which are a complex carb.
Once in a while: leftovers. Pizza is the best.
Just try a variety so you don't get bored. You want something substantial so you won't be starving again in an hour or two (so not doughnuts or just a glass of juice). Breakfast is important to start your metabolism and is never a good idea to skip even for weightloss because your body will conserve fat until the next filling meal.

Usually don't but trying to stay healthy so I've been taking the time to have a bowl of oatmeal or all-grain cereal. I spend my noon hour walking and find I do much better---can go further and faster-- with breakfast. I eat a banana right before I begin my walk.
Oh yeah I have coffee, lots of coffee! One habit that is hard to break.

Usually, it's cereal. I have 5 boxes open currently so I have plenty to choose from. This way I don't get too burned out on having the same cereal over and over till it's gone.
On the off chance I'm not having cereal, I have Coco Wheats, Oatmeal, Mini-muffins, English muffin with jam, or a Honey Bun!

For the past 5 years, I have eaten an english muffin with peanut butter and a cup of coffee. The coffee obvisouly wakes me up and the protein/fat in the pb keeps me full for hours, which means not overeating...

oatmeal with honey and some cinnamon or scrambled eggs with veggies- whatever is on hand.
Always a glass of water in the morning while I'm cooking and then a cup of tea while I'm eating.

I either have a peanut butter south beach cereal bar, Fiber One cereal with 2% milk, or scrambled eggs with ham & cheese.
