Go to the vet! A dog that isn't eating is a serious sign. Shaking is not normal. Call now!

I would get her to teh vets immediatley. This could be just a slight cold aor possible something very dangerous. i wouldn't wait. This does not sound good at all.
Can you take her temp. it is taken rectally and should be normal of 102 degrees F Aslo check to see if her gums ore pale. The two things that reaally come to my mind is possible poisening or heart.
Get her to teh vets if possible NOw.

The best thing you can do for her is take her to a vet. Hope it's nothing too serious, but it doesn't sound like it's something that will get better on its own.

Are you seriously asking what you should do as if you don't know!! Take her to the vet ASAP. She doesn't deserve to be sitting there waiting for you to get off the **** computer to take her to the vet so she can start to feel better. GO TO THE VET RIGHT NOW!!!

She may have eaten something toxic. You need to get her to a vet as soon as possible. She may have gotten Parvo or disstemper. Take care of it now before you lose your pet.

Take her to the vets.
Did you really have to ask what to do? Common sense says go to the damn doctor.
