Here's what I think-God created a man, but had to make another being-woman. God created the world and brought the first two people to life. Women bring children to life. Maybe Adam was a screw-up.

Okay, okay, God is a spirit, or whatever, neither male nor female, but if He was one of the two, which one would He be?

God is a Spirit. You may address God as He or She. The Bible addresses God as a man because the Jews were a patriarchal society.
Peace and blessings!

GOD made man in HIS image, HE made woman in mans image. A man bears the seed of human life, a woman bears the soil in which to plant it and because she can be spared from rigorous activity at less cost than the man and because weakness fits a woman better, she bears the growing child and then yields her flesh as a doorway for its entrance into the world.
Women should value men and men should value women and all should value GOD, who is a HE because "HE" indicates origionality and firsthood, not the physical presence of a penis.

Another feminist insult! It is my understanding that God is double-sexed, both male and female.
Women bring children into the world, but it takes males to give them life.
Adam was a screw-up? Some believe that Adam was, like God, both male and female combined, a hermaphrodite, because it says, "Let us make man in our image after our likeness" and then "Male and female created he them".
The sexes seem to always be wanting to fight one another, like the Blacks and the Whites, and the Christians and the Atheists (not to mention other religions). So in my opinion, what is screwed-up is the human race. One sex is about as bad as the other.

I think God is neither a woman nor a man because feminism or musculism are characteristics that God granted human beings in order to be able to reproduce. we may use 'he' with god not because he is a male but because this is common.

God is not a man or a woman... He's not even human. He's a supernatural being that created all of us! And His thoughts are soo much higher and advanced than ours.

No, I think God created the woman to merely keep Adam (his first human creation) from getting bored.
