Yes, lemon juice takes away a tan and lightens hair. I use lemon juice on my hair to make it just a little lighter in the summer. It is what they used to even out your skin tone when looking tan meant you were poor.

Well I heard that lemon juice will make your freckles 3 times bigger than their actual size so im not to sure they will even out your skin tone. as for lightening your hair color yeah it does help. It wont make your hair go from brown to blonde but it would make hair go lighter the longer your out in the sun for.
Hope I Helped

Yeah it lightens hair colour. The citrus extracts in lemons combine with the sunlight and lighten hair colour.
But I don't know about skin. It might be true. But I know that lemon juice does take away redness in pimples.
Hope it helps :)

I don't know about skin tone, but if you put comb lemon juice in your hair, and expose it to sunlight it will give you natural highlights.
