is there a reason to see a ghost dressed in all black?

A friend of mine claims to have seen something similar--she described it as looking like a monk wearing black--the night her boyfriend was killed when his coal truck was struck by a train. I'm not sure that I believe her, but what's important is that she believes it.
Most people would associate a black-garbed ghost as being the Grim Reaper.

That depends. It could be a haunting. You could have an energy-based entity. Or, you could be sleep deprived. If you feel the presence is strong enough, and it's really bothering you, you could try a psychic investigator.

there are no ghosts, they are demons trying to influence or cause confusion. Rebuke it! If you don't believe me, then when you see it or any other, say aloud, if you are of God stay but if you are of satan , in Jesus' name I command you to leave. It will flee!

I am taking a guess at this but, I want to say seeing black (normally), means evil, demons/devil? That's my impression..
