He's probably afraid that he will "turn gay" if he gives it a try (this is typically how "heterosexual men" are "brainwashed" into believing). Like many things in the wide world of sex, not everyone enjoys the same things.
If you were to squirt in his mouth, would you be willing to swap that with him?
Perhaps you need to convince him to give it a try - is there ANYTHING that he keeps insisting on trying, but you're not really down with? Although not an ideal solution - perhaps a mutual trade of shared fantasies could work as a last ditch effort...
