Age 19.... While it is true age 18 is conisdered legal, it doesn't have to mean your body is legal.
Another crap to believe is marriage. Saving your sex life for marriage is just a personal option and decision. It doesn't make you a better person because your husband can use you and dump you just the same as a non-married man would...
The reason I say age 19 is because a female SHOULD have her frist child in her 20's... Please note females who have their first child at age 30 are at great risk of developing cancer, particularly breasts cancer.
You can experience sex at age 19 and stay protected. This is very healthy for the human complete body system.
You asked a question about when is the right age to have sex, not when is the right time to have a baby, so I guess I have said enough here.

sadly it is getting younger and younger. I knew a girl that was 9 but had her period already and was well developed. My daughter is 9 and I would go on a shooting spree if ever. I think it can sometimes depend on parenting but then again you aren't with them 24/7 like when they sleep over with a friend. you really have to be well aware of who their friends parents are and what is allowed around their houses....

Whatever age they want. Sex does stop though after they are married, no matter what the age.

i suppose you mean teenagers, well about average of teen girs have sex when they hit 16, when they're older it's like 18 upwards baby! WOO! :P until lthey get too old lol
