Don't go between 10am and 2pm. That is the worst for sun exposure. Go early, or at night. Less people will be there.

Why are you asking about a swimming pool in a Snooker & Pool (Billiards) forum?

Just go down to the local pool (Swimming) and ask the staff or the people there.

My guess would be the morning up till 2 pm or during a thunderstorm.

You should know your local area better than people on the internet.

it all depends on what you want??? if you want to swim.. the night is the best time.. but tan wise.. the day is the best time.. at memorial.... the kids are all in the pool during the day...total chaos! night swims all the best i think because some of the rays are still in the water and it isnt as busy! good luck!

Least amount of people? Then it must be under the 'worst' possible conditions. Freezing weather or midday. Most people wanna avoid the cold and extreme heat (and UV rays) so that'll be the best time to go.

This is a stupid answer to a stupid question. You either go when there are the most girls/guys you want to look at or whenever there is water in it.
