NCV The pads were placed on my right foot, upper part. Another button shape thing was placed right where the ankle joins the leg and then he zapped me. The right foot reacted as expected but the big toe on my left foot jerked? I thought this odd. He then changed feet, repeated the test and I waited for the big toe right foot to jerk but nothing? I am trying to figure out if this is normal?

I don't think you should think anything of it. It sounds like a coincidental reaction to me; that's all. When you were waiting for the other toe to jerk in the second instance you were focused on it so nothing happened. Reflexes do occur in this type of testing. I wouldn't worry about it all.
