Many of our Criminals are Mentally ill. Our States need to sort out the basket cases from the hardened criminal. The Mental Ill needs to be committed to an Asylum. Years ago the Mental Ill were not allowed to roam about free. Society , did not allow this and our states did more work to make sure they were placed in Institution. Good point you make, but we just can't kill them, or we are no better then they are.

i somewhat agree with you I was watching a show last night about a man that was serving 74 years in prision and when i got in prison he killed 2 men and they added 99more years on to his sentence instead of him being in there using up all the tax payers money why can't we kill those cases like that I mean they are never getting out anyway. I belive that if we had laws like that even if our laws were a little more tough I think that we would not have as much of this stupied stuff going on.

Mistakes happen. Criminals would only arm themselves with more deadly weapons and be sure they left no witnesses alive. The whole society could degenerate into a shooting range. Bad idea. Trials are good. Inconvenient, expensive, but well worth it to protect 1) the truly innocent and 2) the rest of us innocent people from getting arrested and killed by the government.

I wonder the same thing. Sadly, too many of my fellow liberals feel more pain for the dear little prisoners than for the victims. If it were up to me, anyone with 3 separate felony convictions would get an automatic firing squad execution within 24 hours of their 3rd conviction, with no appeals.
If criminals become more wild because of this, start kicking in doors to find them and executing them more. We need a final solution for criminals...but society is too yella to go along with it. We could reduce crime to almost neglible levels if we stopped coddling these pieces of garbage and started executing them en masse. Frankly, we need to kill off about 2% of the population, as that is the approximate percentage that are career criminals. Sure, 6 million is a lot, but once you do it, the crime rate plummets and there aren't any more bad role models around to convince kids to get involved in crime.

well, i think we need to put them on trial..then if its worth a life sentence..just kill them(it reduces their chances of breaking out]
they arent going to repent
but i mean, if its a minor crime...why kill them
but it does say in the bible, all sins are equal in the eyes of god...i guess we could kill every jaywalking son of a ***** there is

we don't do that because we are supposed to be better than them. If we just killed them all, well, we wouldn't be any better than the criminals you speak so ill of.
