My guess is probably because they are sick of hearing it - especially when they don't believe it exists.....
that being said, every Christian needs to know that judgement belongs to the Lord. We are allowed to lovingly correct each other, but that we are to love our enemy... and that's the bottom line.
blessings :)

I don't get mad.
I'd rather go to Hell than go to Heaven with a disrespectful asshole like you.
What bothers me is you masquerading as a Christian when you're clearly not. A true Christian would not judge or condemn. It is an insult to my Christian friends, and I am bothered on their behalf. To them, there is always a chance for us to be redeemed.

I don't get mad; I get glad! No, seriously though, I could care less if someone says I'm going to hell because first of all, I don't believe in a Hell, so why would I go someplace I don't think it exists?

I'm with Ramjet, but it's also because it's an awfully hateful thing to say. It can never be said with good intentions, so I find it hypocritical for a Christian to say.

As a Catholic Christian, I find this question a bit hypoctitical as no one knows the fate of a soul but God. JesusFan are are you God? Do you not believe God can save whomever He wills? Rather than be charitable (umm Paul) you choose to condemn.

Because even if you believe it is not your place to judge another. Those that don't believe that Hell is real are right. Hell doesn't exist yet. Check Revelation.

jesus never even talked about hell acutually he mentioned sheol which is simply death too jews...and that was translated into hades. Then the catholic church created hell to scare people. he also told people those who judged would be judged so you too are also in danger.

I don't get mad.. I've heard that so many times over the years that it doesn't even register, especially as hell is a fictitious place.

Some of us don't even believe in hell. Why would we get mad about something we don't believe in?

Obviously you are a child, so I will try to make this clear. I don't get mad, but since I don't believe in hell, it's a bit ridiculous to threaten us with it, don't you think?
