When driving, I tend to speed some because I have a heavy foot. Is it possible to be able to control speed without speeding so much.

Nobody really has a "heavy foot". It is just a term for stupid foot attached to a dumb leg controlled by an immature brain. Sorry, but it isn't the foot that is the problem you just need to decide you aren't so dumb and slow down.

Yeah but the answer I was given when i asked about taht was to "reverse the cranial/rectum inversion so you can see the speedometer" In other words, no one gonna do it but yourself and a few tickets on your record is pretty good motivation.

Keep your foot lower on the pedal to where you can still accelerate and brake by using your toes. This is what I have been doing.

Heavy foot? So you must have a hard time lugging this abnormally weighted appendage around.
