I like apple cider vinegar in my coleslaw.
Shred 2 cups of cabbage, one carrot and half an onion. Add 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds.
Mix with 2 tablespoons of fat free mayonnaise and 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. Chill for 2 hours and enjoy!
You can also mix apple cider vinegar with a little ketchup and mayo to make a russian dressing.
Apple cider vinegar and olive oil can make an interesting salad dressing, too.
You can substitute apple cider vinegar in other recipes where lemon juice is called for, too.
But my favorite is the coleslaw . . . low calorie, high fiber, fresh veggies, and delicious!

I know of people who do drink it for weight loss. It does work too. It tastes pretty gross but it does work. Just drink it anyway you want to. You can drink it straight or in another drink if you prefer.
