I lost 20 pounds taking trim spa and eating celery for lunch each day. I walk to the store instead of drive and other little changes.
I feel great.
20 pounds in 5 weeks and not really trying.

Give it a go.

Be careful about crunches-- they could build up muscle MASS, making you appear tubby. Crunches won't do anything if you have fat covering the tone. Also, not everyone is genetically designed to be capable of six-pack abs. Also, if "the rest of you is really skinny," then you are probably some stupid girl who thinks she's fat when she's not. But I'd put my money on the "doing too many crunches when you don't know what the hell you're doing" idea.

Sorry you'll just have to suck it in and look at the bigger girls to make yourself feel better. Also I would go out and buy/rent a movie about these really huge people who have serious obese diseases and problems it will really make you feel better about the way you look. I was watching BIG MEDICINE last night, maybe you could find out some stuff on the web about that show. I definately felt better about myself and was thankful I am not that big. I know it sounds mean, but I am just being honest. I am not overweight, but I am like you I just want that little bit of tummy gone. Oh well, were not Barbie.

Females have what is called a 'subcutaneous fat layer' that is there to support a pregnancy.

If you are of childbearing age, between 15 and 50, it is going to be extremely difficult to get rid of ALL fat the way you want to.

Is it possible that you are overreacting to a tiny pouf on your tummy? My daughter, who wears a size zero and has a 21" waistline, claims she can see fat on her belly, and I don't think there is any there at all. She's 26.

I bet you're gonna look great at your pool party!

You've probebly heard this a billion times but, drink more water. Subsitute water for your other drinks, or maybe just a couple. You probebly drink a lot of sports drinks sense your so active, and those calories can add up. Maybe limit those to just when your doing sports activites, then all the rest can be water. Also, if you snack a lot, most snacks are just fried fat and empty calories. Switch those up for cut up veggies or fruits, maybe some rice cakes or even popcorn. I hope this helps.

Well increase the amount of running you do, make it longer and more often, eat alot of fiber, do about 25 to 50 crunches a hour instead of in just a day. Drink more water, not gatoraid or any fruity sports drinks. Three glasses of milk helps out alot to..

Crunches only work the upper abs, you need to work the lower abs as well. Try this: lie flat on the ground, legs straight. Slowly lift legs towards the ceiling until they're at 90 degrees. Then slowly lower them. Repeat for around 50 reps. That will work your lower abs. Also, cut down on processed carbs like cereal, bread, and pasta. It goes straight to your gut.

It sounds like you are doing all of the right things, but healthy weight loss does not happen overnight..... it might take some time, but if you stick to what you are doing, you will see results! :) Keep up the good work and go have a good time at your party! :)

Try going on a raw diet. Meaning you can only eat what is uncooked and unprocessed. BUT you can eat as much as you want.

This means fruits, veges, and nuts. Go easy on the nuts though, they pack a lot of calories regardless of how much fiber they have.

Google, raw diet. And remember, it's better for it to be a lifestlye than a diet.

If you only need to lose about 5 or 10 pounds it will take a while to see results. keep doing what your doing and within those 2 and half weeks you will see the results.
