I have 2 great dogs rite now, and love them and all, but I can't help but wanting a puppy. My parents said absolutely not, but I know I can handle it. I can't pay the expenses, but my parents have good jobs! How can I convince them to get a puppy, or should I just drop it??

Just drop it and enjoy the two dogs you have. Remember they were puppies once also.Puppies grow up.

You have two dogs right now? Remember, if you get a puppy, they will not be getting the attention they get now.
I'm not sure how old you are, but I would guess that you are having what so many of us get -- puppy fever!! (or some women get baby fever) -- after our youngest one gets so old, we want to have fun with the babies (or puppies) as we did before. We miss that age so much !!!!!
But
that's not a good enough reason to get another puppy (or have another baby, for that matter!).
I think best to drop it for now, and when you can afford the expenses, or you are out on your own, then you can have as many puppies/dogs as your heart desires.
Just because your parents can afford the expenses doesn't mean that's the best thing for you.
In the neighborhood I live in, we are not allowed to have more than two dogs.
Drop it for now, then go dog-wild when you can afford it.

A puppy is a LOT of work. You do not mention how old the existing dogs are, but please consider the pack structure here. The big concern is that your parents say no. Dogs are very tuned in to their pack mentality and can become very distressed in response to stresses which they cannot understand! This can manifest in severe expressions of anxiety - inappropriate chewing or overt hostility to the people in the house - resulting in yet another dog in the shelter.
If you really need a puppy fix, consider becoming a volunteer with a Humane Society or other shelter in your area. If you are old enough, you can help socialise the dogs so they will be better pets and gain a forever home!

i think you should drop it and try to get closer to your other dogs. When i was younger i always wanted a puppy whenever my dogs got older and it is normal! But my parents said no and i begged but nothing helped, well in result i started playing with my dogs more and i got really attached to them more than ever i mean. Then after my parents saw how willing i took care of my dogs and i even helped a neighbors pet they offered a new puppy but by that time beileve it or not i didnt want one! just try what i did and if it doesnt work after a few weeks you could always volunteer at a shelter and play with alllll the pups you want. At the SPCA we have kids pooring in just to play with the puppies and some adult dogs and the dogs couldnt be happier when the do this.

Since you are living with your parents, it is best to respect their wishes. When you are on your own, then get as many puppies as you like. If they have good jobs and they know you can handle it, there must be some other hidden reason why they won't let you have another. I would say to be mature and respect their wishes... but that's just my opinion.

I think you should droop it and respect your parents decissions.
When you get older and can start paying for one then ask.
Do you have any idea how much a puppy can cost the first year. It's about $300-$400 for just the near neccessities. And that can very easily and quickly go up.

The way I got my dog is I asked if we could just "look" at the puppies and they were so cute. One starting whining when we left so we just had to get it! You could do the same, but if the 'rents won't give in, just drop it.

Drop it. If they are paying the bills, it's not your decision, but theirs, and you need to respect that.
