To the people that are telling you you're getting thick tell them this how you're build, this is how God wanted you. You can always change your body image by limiting your sugar intake, like cut back on the soda. Im not tellling you to banned it, just have one once a week. Also if you love chocolate like i do try going for the dark chocolate ones instead of the milk chocolates and white chocolates. Plus, drink lots and lots of water. Then you need to have some sort of physical activity in your week, try joining a sport any kind that is to your liking. Or if you're not into sports just try walking for about 30-45 minutes a day. I advise you don't walk around you neighborhood, but walk on a straight path and then come back. It'll be more easier.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Limiting calories and increasin exercise is theee best way to lose weight. Crash diets don't really work since you gain all of your weight back in a few weeks.
Limit your sugar and fat intake. Drink LOTS of water. Sometimes you think that you are hungry but really you are just thirsty:)
There are lots of websites when you can sign on to help you lose weight(for free). Try www.mycaloriecounter.com that one is pretty cool.

have someone take a picture of you, then look at it and see if you are happy with the way you look, if you are, tell them to buzz off! if you are not happy with the person you see, then cut back your calorie intake and go bike riding. don't let what they say get you down, you are young and your body is beginning to change towards becoming a young lady !

just start eating right instead of eating the whole hamburger eat like half and half the fries and wash it down with some water
i like this technique because it keeps me in shape and lets me eat all my favorite foods just not Alll of it

like ladddie said gettin thick has a lot of meanin, well i think their telling you dat your maturing, and get curves and everything else, when i get a comment like dat i dont worry bout i take it as a complement

honey tell them to shove it up their butt and just dont eat chunk and excerise and if you sont like to excercise just do some walking
