what kind of amp should i use to power 2 alpine type x 6.5 speakers? rms and max?

the type x speakers have 75rms 150max.

Assuming the speakers are 4-ohm, look for a 2-channel amp rated for around 75 watts per channel, RMS into 4 ohms. Ignore the max ratings on the amp and speakers. Make sure your amplifier is CEA-2006 compliant.

yes the 1000 watts rms from the amp with seperate equally give each sub 500 rms power

i dont think alpine makes type x speakers...they make type r and s
