I would say "Let's get married" would be the opposite of God Bless you. But I'm cynical.

Keep in mind I'm answering this from the worldly level because I don't think there really is an opposite to this statement, but here goes:

God, Devil
Bless, hate
you, me

Got it? I hope the devil hates everyhone because that means we'd all be loving each other.

Peace, Love, and Blessings

God bless me

Does there need to be a direct opposition to it?

A non-Christian way would be to simply say, "Thank you!" To me, thanks from the person I've helped would mean more than an empty blessing from a nonexistent deity.

I will pray for you.

Seems kinda silly anyway if God is going to bless me as they commanded then why do I need them to pray for me?
