The number one key is dieting, sorry but if you want to lose weight you have to say goodbye to the junkfood, and hello to good healthy eating. Now I know it isn't easy, hell it wasn't easy for me, but because of my diet. I lost 54 pounds, gain a lot of muscle. First start slow, eat less foods with high calories, your daily intake of calories should be from 2,000 to 2,500 per day. Do a lot alternatives like eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water and give up those soft drinks and sodas. Instead of eating fried foods, eat food that is boiled, grilled and baked, mainly leans meats. Also do your cardio, run, jog, power walk for 30mins, three to four times a week, and get plenty of rest. And don't cut out your weight training, having some muscle burns calories when your resting. Good luck and train hard.

There's no magic pill to make the pounds disappear. It's simply using more calories than you take in.
Eat sensibly, but don't starve yourself, you'll only end up hungry. Start an exercise program. Pick an exercise that you like so it doesn't seem like a chore. For me, it was cycling. Incorporate an exercise routine into your daily schedule so it becomes part of your day.
Be patient, the weight won't go overnight. I lost about 50 pounds in 9 months by biking to work, getting out for a ride on my lunch break and fitting a long ride in on the weekends.
Try not to miss a day, but don't feel guilty if you do. Good Luck!!

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

This vitamin simply made experience and confirmed me that the whole thing I used to be doing earlier than used to be fallacious and a waste of my time. The plan used to be so fresh and so practical to comply with. I did the whole thing plan stated and misplaced 23 kilos within the first 3 weeks. I'm now opening the vitamin once more to lose 7 extra kilos. This plan has modified my lifestyles. Get began at present!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Very easy if you have self discipline. First of all, watch out what you eat. Which I mean, stay away from fattening foods ,avoid sweets, no sodas and just eat lots of veggies. Fresh or steamed. Eat fresh fruits as your snacks. But eat only what you can and drink water only, not a lot but just enough to quench your thirst. AND...do some vigorous exercises . Off you go...you're ready to go back to school.
