How do I come about doing it?

Me and my b/f have been going out for 2 months almost. We broke up once and got back together after a few days. He calls me babe or hunni and I just start talking and expect him to know I'm talking to him or call him by his name. I want to call him baby so bad, but Idk how to come about doing that without it seeming akward by just saying it now all of the sudden when he started saying it after like 2 weeks. This is my first b/f and he doesn't know that.

okay see what happens and what he says when u do it. see how it reacts. just say it b/c he did! after he calls u any name u do it back. like if he says hi babe or hunni say hey baby and just start talking. u never know he might have went through the same thing and is just wondering why u aren't saying it back to him. you have to talk about these things!!

You know, I never notice when I start calling a woman I'm seeing babe or hun. I always say, Whats up babe, on the phone. Maybe that's how it stated. The point is that if you feel like saying it, then just go ahead. He probably won't notice that you've never said that to him before.

I'm an only child, and I came from a background where my parents were from foreign countries.I didn't hear too much babe and honey..But I saw a lot of hugging and caressing..So I caressed my boyfriend at the time..But little by little I started calling him honey and sweetheart..because that's what he called me..It takes time..but it happens..Just be patient with yourself..Everything will fall into place..You'll see!

Just after something, be like "but babe, are you sure?" or something like that, slip it in, he will look at you weird, but w/e. lol. some guys dont take well, it depends on the chick.. cause, ive had about 8 g/f's (in college now) and only the current one has it felt right for her to call me a name.

Don't stress about it too much. Just wait until is feels natural for you to say it if you force you will definitely sound awkward. If you get the urge to say, "hey baby", just say it. You shouldn't feel rushed in to the situation

dont over exagerate just say it as if it were just part of yur everyday speech
