What is going to happen when China takes over as world super power?

what will happen tu the US? we have terrible relations with our neighbours..and with the rest of the world..we have a huge debt..we are inviading countries we cant even control, the dollar is worth nothing......if china wanted it could ruin the US economy by buying Euros and changing its national reserves to Euros instead of dollars...what have we done....Miss USA was booed in Mexico..who we have ruined completely...why havent we helped them like we helped Europe and Japan after world war 2?

A weak dollar hurts China more than it hurts US, China is holding trillions in US debt, a weak dollar means China collects less money. So when you say the huge debt and a strong dollar, there is a correlation there.

1) It won't. Like all socialist nations it's philosophy is already unraveling it's country. They are already turning to capitalism, more each year.
2) We have great relations with a number of countries. China has the same problems we do with Islamic terrorists.
3) Our debt is huge. It is small compared with the rest of the World's debt to us. You forget that part. We are not a debtor nation.
4) We invaded countries that attacked us or our allies. We don't want to control it. Ever hear of a fly-trap?
5) The dollar is worth nothing? Have you been tracking the market? We're doing pretty well for a "worthless" dollar!
6) The audience in Mexico was chided by a number of people during commercial breaks and after for their extremely rude and boorish behavior. They'll pay for it as other entertainment industries refuse to work there for fear of similar nonsense being used.
7) We are the most powerful nation on Earth. We continue to be. We constantly grow and learn.

The only people who run around, their arms out-flung, yelling that the U.S. is falling, are those who want it to.

Sorry, won't work. Such tactics only make us stronger.

8) We don't owe China anything. We don't owe Mexico. We will not be cowed into the idea that we MUST help them because otherwise we are "bad". That's not charity. That's extortion. We don't respond well to such tactics.

Who buys most of the stuff made in China??? So what would be gained by biting that hands that feed them. We go, the EU goes.......Hugo Chavez won't be able to bail the Chinese out when they tank.

The more intertwined the economies of the world are, the better off we all are. China's booming economy would fail if the US consumer was not there to support it. The American economy would be hurt if the cheap labor in China was not available. The global economy is growing at a healthy rate, that is what will lead to greater GLOBAL stability.
