Personally - no. I think that it will always have mean people and nice people and that ratio will not change much. Sometimes i think that the enviroment a person lives in can change them to do good or bad things. But on average i dont think the world is a meaner place,

Considering that I've never been shot at and I didn't die of pneumonia at age 8, I don't think the world is that bad compared to 100 years ago.
Seriously, had I lived a century ago, I never would have been able to walk, and had I even lived to age 12 (unlikely, considering my medical history), I'd be working 16 hour days on a farm right now (if I were male) or nursing four or five kids (if I were female).
I'd also be considerably more likely to be racist, if it weren't for the fact that my anscestors were given a pretty raw deal by just about everyone, too.
No, I like today's world.

YES.... or should you mean... THE PEOPLE?
(Matthew 24:37-38-39) But as the days of Noah were, so shall be the coming of the Son of Man.
(Mat 24:38) For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered into the ark.
(Mat 24:39) And they did not know until the flood came and took them all away. So also will be the coming of the Son of Man.
Thanks, RR

Absolutely, & its only going to get worse....2 Tim. 3:1-5---But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away"...
Does all of that sound like the world today?

Honestly, no. I think that our generation (my generation [13-18]) will come together when it's our time to make decisions, and we'll change the world into a better place for everyone.

No it's the same, people are just looking around a lot more than before and are noticing it more now.
It's a positive sign. When people are aware of the way things are it is more likely to change than if people are ignorant and unaware of what's going on around them.
