I had to go back to sign four missing papers and by the time I went someone had already signed them with my name. I have no idea what to do? I do know it's illegal, but I don't know where to start. Help!

1ST THING CONTACT THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER ABOUT THE SIGNED DOCUMENTS. IF THEY INVOLVE ANY PAYMENT OR INTEREST RATE CHANGES YOU HAVE A CASE AND SHOULD CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DMV.

2ND DO IT QUICKLY SO THAT NOTHING AFFECT YOUR CREDIT HISTORY. IF A DEALER IS GOING TO FORGE DOCUMENTS WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY MIGHT DO.

THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY IS AGAINST EVERY POLICY AND LAW DESIGNED TO PROTECT YOU AND ME THE CONSUMER.

MOVE QUICKLY DO NOT WAIT ANOTHER MINUTE.

Alright, it is illegal; forgery and depending on how much $ spent ,ether return the car or take them to better business bureau.
Still getting now where, try the city attorney, after all it is a business.

If the signature is significantly different (easy to prove) decide how important it is to you and go to the owner or manager or go to district attorney. If it is like casual, with no real consequences (like me signing for my blind buddy when picking up his prescriptions for him) then blow it off and keep an eye on your credit cards and ratings.

call the local dmv office and file a suit against them they will probably say that you signed the title but if you can get a handwriting analyst and you didn't sign they will get in trouble.
