ok. my sister, sarah is 5'6. she weigh between 135 and 140. she is strong though. is this bad?

shes not fat shes thick...thick is good, tell her to tone up..

She might be considered a bit over the average for a girl that height. However, you have to check her muscle content as well.

If she looks fat, then she should tone up. If not, then she just needs to keep toned.

Generally 120 would be the maximum I would (personally think) that a woman 5'6" would weigh if she is Not overweight.

you cant tell anything from these stats. the scale is not what really matters and nore is the bmi. what matters is body fat percentage because youre bmi might say you are almost underweight but actually you are not fit and have pretty high body fat percentage.

No. It's all the muscle mass that she has, and if she does not look visibly "overweight", then it is, indeed, her muscle mass. It's completely fine.
