I'm not sure I understand the question.
Here goes, if everything is legal and the driver has a license and is just getting a traffic citation, you may be left alone. Although there are some states that if you are a passenger on a car stop, you are required to identify yourself to police. I have seen a California and Illinios Supreme Court rulings on the issue. If you do not have a driver's license, you obviously can't give that to police. And there is no requirement to have a license with you, so you can't get into trouble for that alone. But you would have to tell them your name and date of birth if they ask. My state doesn't have a similar law, but courts seem okay with the practice.
Anyways, if you are asking if both of you don't have a license. The driver would go to jail and the tow would be towed. You would probably be walking to the nearest gas station to wait for a ride

as long as you are not doing anything illegal and don't get the officer mad you're fine. You don't need a license to be a passenger in the car. Being pulled over is the drivers problem (but make sure he's not doing anything illegal either like having weed or some other drug/alcohol in the car that the officer can find). That said you should always carry some form of identification with you when either you're driving or being a passenger. He might ask you for some proof of idenity though not having it shouldn't be too bad again if you're not doing anything illegal.

Depends on the country you live in:
If you are an adult then you can be prosecuted for letting him/her drive. Remember, you got in to the car knowing he or she would be committing a crime by driving.
Drive without insurance and the the passengers foot their own medical bills in the case of an accident....You can sue the driver of course. lol.....and he cant afford even the insurance payments.
Driving drunk and in some countries you can get prosecuted for not confiscating the keys and stopping your friend driving.
Tough eh! Check your local laws. Bottom line is : If the driver is illegal then don't get in the car.
I hired a car when visiting Manilla once and got stopped by the police because the licence plate had expired. I had no idea of this yet I had to pay the fine. Like I said, its tough.

If the driver of your car has a license and you have insurance then if it is a stop for a ticket then the driver will get the ticket. If you do not have insurance and the driver does not have a valid license and it is your car, you could go to jail.

Since you weren't driving, it doens't matter that you didn't have your license. If the driver was pulled over for speeding or something similar, you don't have a problem.
However, if the driver hit anyone or anything, a claim would be made against your insurance company, not the driver's. This could result in your insurance rates going up. If a lawsuit were to be filed, you would most likely be named in the lawsuit for negligent entrustment.

Just the driver; however, if the driver has committed some kind of crime (i.e DUI, burglary, or concealment of weapon) you can be charged with accessory, unless you prove that you are innocent and had no idea...even then it could be very very tricky.
