It's the 'have your cake and eat it too' circus.

Christianity is familiar and comfortable to many otherwise good people. That charlatans and thieves, murderers and worse use Christianity to negative purpose means nothing to them--they like to excuse the nutcases by saying that's not them.

But it IS them--once you examine Chrisitan doctrine you find that it supports the violent and crazy ones more than the seemingly rational ones.

The Bible tells us that even Satan is in our pulpits. The Bible tells us that judgment begins with the house of God. All Christian religions have a few Christians in them, but many that sit in the pews each Sunday act like Christians, look like Christians, b ut they don't know Christ.

I wouldn't want my religion mixed either, if I was religious.

I believe that if you keep changing the rules and the ways of a religion, you aren't believing in the religion- you're making up a new religion to fit your own life so it's more convenient for you.

If you don't follow the religion the way it was FIRST written, or the way the deities wrote it if they changed it in the future, then you're not following that religion at all- you're following something else that mocks the religion you claim to be.

Its nuts, Christianity was based of Judiasm anyway and most of them dont think the old testament is even important anymore. I assume its about being newer and newer and inventing religions that go along better with what they want or thinks best in human logic rather then Gods word...

Alberto, people are so confused and desperate for answers that if they don't hear what they may think is the best answer or the truth, well they keep on looking or just receive "heavenly wisdom" and "create" a new religion or belief.
