I have a Compaq scaner and I have no idea how to connect it to my HP laptop. Every port is already taken.?

I have a modem and a printer plugged into the computer.

Connect the scanner to your laptop using a USB cable. Your laptop has USB ports where you can connect the USB cable. Your printer is already plugged in to a USB port; so look for a port just like it. If there are none available then you have to unplug a port in order to free up one.

why spend money on a laptop when you can get it for free? just go to this site and complete a few quick tasks and they'll send you a sony vaio laptop at no charge!
